Further to the success of the two past editions of the EU Projects Village in Malta and in Istanbul, the Programme Committee has decided to continue this initiative and to set up a HLT Projects Village at LREC 2014 with the support of the European Commission. The main objective of this exhibition for on-going EC-sponsored HLT projects is to disseminate information by describing the activities/objectives and showing progress, either through demos, or through brochures or leaflets if the project is still at an early stage. The booth does not have to be manned all the time, but make sure you schedule presentations once or twice a day, then you can leave brochures the rest of the time.

With an expected participation of 1200+ attendees, the HLT Projects Village will grant visibility to the EC projects, in addition to giving the projects and the conference participants the opportunity to interact.

The HLT projects Village will be open from May 28 to 30, 2014 during the Main conference days. The organisers expect it to be inaugurated by EC and Icelandic officials and appropriate media coverage will be secured.
