Gala Dinner
Friday, 30 May 2014, Gala Dinner at the Blue Lagoon - 21:00
Join us Friday night for a Gala dinner! Business casual is the dress code for this elegant evening that will bring us closer to the tastes and sounds of our host country. Please note that it will be a standing dinner, not seated as in the previous editions.
Go earlier and bathe in the Lagoon!
There will be an early shuttle service departing at 18:40 from Harpa for those who would like to go earlier and bathe in the Lagoon before the dinner. Tickets including the access to the Lagoon and a Cocktail drink cost ISK 5,200 (approx. 32€) and can be bought from Congress Reykjavik website at:
Shuttle schedule to the Blue Lagoon
All the buses will depart from Harpa. You will need your Gala Dinner Invitation to get on the bus. The buses will return to Harpa after the dinner, serving a number of hotels on the way back.
(The Gala dinner ticket is included in the Main conference registration fees. Additional tickets can be purchased from the Conference Secretariat, on a first come-first served basis as the number of these extra tickets is limited.)
